• TPS - Toyota Production System / Lean Manufacturing

We have experience with the Toyota Production System, which is well known in the West as Lean Manufacturing. We work for Japanese companies, to which we deliver information systems that support TPS principles.

• TOC - Theory of Constraints

It is generally known that the Theory of Constraints represents a powerful tool for production capacity planning and control. It provides similarly powerful tools that help identify constraints in all areas of operation within the company, especially concerning processes and rules. It provides tools to design changes and put them into practice.

• Project Management

Process improvements are put together by a consultant, who can also manage the subsequent realisation process. We will recommend you the best way to manage the project, or provide you with a project manager.

• ERP and MRP Information Systems, Bar Codes

In process improvement projects we propose, together with you, requirements for information system modifications or enhancements. We will provide you with our know-how in this field:

• In addition to SAP, our consultants have implemented other ERP systems (BPCS / ERP LX, MAX, Helios, or Navision).
• We have interfaced a number of systems with our DCI+ system (used for warehouse management - bar coding) and EDI solutions. The systems, which we interfaced, include: MFG, Microsoft dynamics AX / NAV (Axapta, Navision), Oracle, Helios Green (Noris), Helios Orange, Infor ERP LX (BPCS), XPPS, JD Edwards, Glovia, Scala, or Exact.
