Jaroslav Follprecht, Managing Director, Vice-Chairman of the Board                 Graduated from the University of West Bohemia in Pilsen, field of study: electronic computers and control systems. He started gaining practical experience as hardware specialist. Later he held business positions in companies specialising in supplies of business control systems. His career in this field was topped by his work for Deloitte & Touche. Ten years ago, he assumed the position of the managing director in the newly founded Aimtec Company.

Roman Žák, Chairman of the Board,International Sales Manager                          Graduated from the University of West Bohemia, field of study: technical cybernetics. After finishing his studies, he became one of the founding members of the CCA Company with its seat in Pilsen. There he worked as developer. He gained additional experience in the position of ERP system consultant in the Arcus Company. In 1994 he assumed the position of team leader of ERP system consultants in the IDOM Company, which later became part of the Deloite & Touche Group. In 1996, he co-founded the Aimtec Company.

Rostislav Schwob, Senior Consultant, Member of the Board                             Graduated from the University of West Bohemia in Pilsen, field of study: theory of automated control systems. After finishing his studies he gained experience in "s.de.ce" and CCA companies (both situated in Pilsen). Since 1997 he has worked for AIMTEC a.s. as a consultant and leader of business information systems implementation projects. Currently, he focuses on business consulting in the field of information systems utilisation in logistics. He also heads a team of developers and consultants for the DCI information system.

Jakub Klíma, Sales Director, Member of the Board                                             Graduated from the University of West Bohemia in Pilsen, field of study: economics. In July 2007, he became a sales director in AIMTEC Company.

Jitka Justová, Chairwoman of the Supervisory Board, Finance Director              Graduated from the University of Economics in Prague. She gained experience in business economics during her work for an auditing company and during internal implementation of a finance information system in the Aimtec Company. In 2002, she became a finance director. She focuses on managing financial flows and tax optimising.

Zdeněk Kurz, Senior Consultant, Member of the Supervisory Board                      Graduated from the University of West Bohemia, field of study: construction of nuclear reactors. He worked as export manager for the Atmos Chrást Company. In 1999, he joined the Aimtec Company as logistics and production consultant. Currently, he primarily focuses on project leading.

Otakar Venta, Senior Consultant, Member of the Supervisory Board                   Graduated from the High school of Economics in Prague, field of study: information technology and economics. Since 2003 he has worked for AIMTEC a.s. as a consultant, project leader and IT specialist of Systems Integration, Business Intelligence and Reporting Systems. He is responsible for an internal company information system.
